When a learning content is created, it is also translated in all required languages on demand. This requires an advanced translation process management. In Global Supply Chain Academy at Schneider Electric, one of the main projects of 2022 was translation process optimization and management.

In this manner, the whole translation process is redefined to 3 months with an integration of “wave” systems per quarter to improve the efficiency and the quality of the translation and proof-reading process.
