Learning design and development in Global Supply Chain Academy at Schneider Electric

One of the backbones of learning activities at Schneider Electric is e-Learning creation and management. This includes creating new learnings according to the needs of various experts and entities in Global Supply Chain perimeter, improving learning experience globally and modernization of the courses using the latest authoring tools and LMSs such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, BlendedX, Cornerstone, Edflex, Docebo etc. Learning creation is a process that proceeds with the completion of a storyboard with Subject Matter Experts, creation of course content (photo, video, slides and/or quiz) and design of an interactive interface on an authoring platform.

Learning Management consists of publishing and tracking newly created learnings on company’s Learning Management System (LMS), generating reports, updating general learning portfolio when necessary, managing translation process and actively communicating the learnings with the community.

During last 2 years, more than 50 online courses have been created and published.
